Elton John will not visit UF this weekend due to a kidney stone, said UF President Bernie Machen at Friday's Board of Trustees meeting.
John was scheduled to perform at the O'Connell Center on Sunday. The concert will be rescheduled, and tickets for Sunday's concert will be honored then, according to the O'Connell Center Web site. Refunds for tickets to Sunday's concert are available where they were purchased.
